Rising Sun Martial Arts is committed to providing a safe, healthy
and family oriented environment for martial arts training. Our goal
is to enrich our students’ lives through traditional martial arts training.
At Rising Sun Martial Arts we believe training in the martial arts should
not only be the learning of physical techniques for self defense, but
a philosophy of life. Age is not important for someone who wants to learn.
Karate-do is a lifelong journey, not a destination. We emphasize courtesy, respect,
integrity, discipline, self control, and leadership. All of these aspects
combined make Rising Sun Martial Arts unique and stand out from the many
schools who place a higher priority on winning competitions and trophies than
the development of the mind and the body together, to develop to it’s
full potential the character and confidence of each student to achieve their
goals both in the dojo and in everyday life.
We offer evening classes for children and adults.
Classes are offered in Shotokan Karate,
Okinawan Kobudo, and Mukushin-ryu Bujutsu.

We are located on US 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy), Kissimmee Florida, close to
Florida's Turn Pike exit to Highway 192.
